Upsetting, life-changing events are occurring at every level: nations  of the elements, but monetary uncertainty, governmental and corporate concerns, as well as many individuals being thrust out of what they thought to be solid relationships or positions with a secure future.

All are being held accountable, from the lowest to the highest. Spirit is at work here, agitating, stirring up, exposing that which is not in harmony and balance, that which is fear-based, or does not come from loving intent. No longer will it be possible to hide or shield those energies brought into manifestation through greed, desire for power, avarice, selfish intent or self-aggrandizement. The law of cause and effect, or karma, has never been more active and visible. No longer does it take lifetimes to see the result of your actions, positive or negative. They return almost immediately, or within a very short time so that you will be able to compare and see the result of your actions — that you truly reap what you sow. Positive, loving actions bring harmonious, loving, beneficial results. Negative, fear-based actions result in stress, pain and suffering.

You are enjoying a "State of Grace" whereby, with the assistance of your own Higher Self, you can gain the wisdom from the events in your everyday life situations rather than having these mirrored back to you through painful experiences.

As you move deeper into the process of letting go of all the old energy patterns within your physical, mental and emotional bodies, it may seem as though you are regressing in your spiritual growth. Many of you have that concern at this time. Be at ease, dear ones, this is not the case. Accept the temporary discomfort as a gift of Spirit. An opportunity to, once and for all, release all that does not radiate love, health, joy, or your own God Essence.

As the Earth spirals and resonates to a higher frequency, those who cannot attune to these higher vibrational patterns will fall into chaos. That is what your Earth is experiencing and what each and everyone, on the Earth plane are experiencing. We have spoken often of the Violet Flame of Transmutation which is coming more and more into focus and strength on your planet. It will assist you to balance and harmonize or change the qualities of any energy less than perfect. It acts as a catalyst in the process of purif-ication and facilitates the redemption or harmonizing of unbalanced energy. It is the Flame of Forgiveness where all is brought into alignment through conscious intent. It is the Divine Alchemy which resurrects and perfects through the power of visualization and affirmation. It is a glorious gift that has been given to the Earth and humanity during these times of great change.

Remember, everything on Earth resonates at a distinct level or frequency. Through your thoughts, actions, and deeds you create the frequency pattern within which you live and function. When you bring your mental, emotional and physical bodies into a state of balance, you begin to resonate at an ever-increasing or refined frequency level, thereby living within the various planes or levels of the fourth and fifth di-mensions, rather than the oppressive density of the third dimension. This is when you will truly begin to experience Heaven on Earth, or a paradise of your own making.

Allow me to give you some brief, concise guidelines to assist you in attaining and maintaining a "State of Grace," to help you become attuned to the wisdom of Spirit, as you accelerate the transition process on your never-ending journey along the Spiral of Illumination: you must create, claim and live your truth. Process all new information through your heart monitor. Remember, that which resonates with love, self-empowerment and for the good of all, comes from Spirit or higher truth. That which controls, diminishes or is fear-based is not of Spirit and should be discarded. Do not accept the old limiting thoughts of the mass consciousness, "We are heading for a depression. Armageddon is here, there will be world cataclysms." Do not heed old concepts about illness, relation-ships, mass karmic events, predictions or tales of mass destruction. You have free will and are more powerful than you know. If you are willing to claim and live your own truths of self-empowerment, abundance, vibrant health, joyous living, then you will truly have evolved beyond the levels of the mass consciousness and the mass karma.

Be focused in your intent. Lay out your future plans in great detail in all aspects of your life — physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Then turn the plan over to your "I Am Presence" so it will be in harmony with your highest mission and divine blueprint. Add the fuel of emotions. Sense and feel how it would be to live and function within the world of your own desires and perfect creation as manifested through Spirit. Then you must take the steps and go forward as Spirit guides you…via your intuition. Listen to the small nudging of your soul-self as it gently guides and directs you along the Path — knowing all is in perfect, divine order. Live your integrity, or the truth as you know and accept it, each and every moment — not someone else’s truth or understanding, but your own. "To thine own self be true," is a most important and profound statement. There are many levels, variations and layers of truth and many paths back to unity consciousness and the profound truth of the Creator. You are a special voyager on a journey and assignment of co-creation who must seek, claim and live by your own unique version of truth, integrity and conscious manifestation.

This means in all levels of expression: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. An over-emphasis or focus on one fact or endeavor leads to disharmony. Many feel that if you concentrate enough on your spiritual growth you can forget or ignore the rest. You know how to live as and be "SPIRIT." This is your natural state, remember? Your as-signment was to allow Spirit to experience the realm of physicality. You are to love, embrace and honor your physical vessel, while allowing Spirit to radiate forth in all its glory from within. As you love, accept and endeavor to improve your physical structure, nourish and discipline your mind, nurture and heal your emotional wounds, Spirit will begin to radiate joy and vibrancy through you and all will be brought into harmony once more. Do not neglect nor deny any facet of your Being, beloveds. Love your imperfections and watch as they miraculously transform back into perfect expressions of Spirit.

As you claim the right to live and speak your truth, set boundaries and live your integrity, you must give others the same right. Know where your responsibilities begin and end. You are not responsible for anyone’s spiritual growth but your own. You are to teach by example and only offer information and guidance when asked. This is difficult when those you love are suffering and will not heed the nudging of Spirit. You cannot take on another’s burdens or problems, and you are doing them a disservice if you try to "fix" negative situations for them. Children especially will never learn the ramifications and results of the Law of Cause and Effect if you continually intercede, cover up, or try to correct every problem situation in which they find themselves. Move into the position and expression of a compassionate observer, radiating love and encouragement and offering words of wisdom when appropriate, but standing firm in your commitment to allow each person to live their own truth, at whatever level that may be, and to be responsible for their actions or their creations.

Via toning, sacred sounds, gentle body movement and ancient breathing techniques you will enhance your Vital Life Force Energy and your body will become a more suitable receptacle for Spirit. The breath has been used as a vehicle for spiritual enlightenment and physical health for centuries. Deep, rhythmic, diaphragmatic breathing releases stale, stagnant air, and allows the healing life force energy, or prana to enter and fill the body — energizing the brain, revitalizing the cells and organs. Adding affirmations to your deep, rhythmic breathing techniques allows you to slow down the brain wave activity and attune to your subconscious mind where all emotion-al and mental traumas are stored. It is time to awaken the subconscious mind and make it a conscious partner in this journey toward unity consciousness. There are many levels of conscious expression, beloveds, and they must all be brought into balance and harmony.

Protect yourselves and harmonize with Spirit each morning by calling forth a crystalline pillar of Light from your Divine "I Am Presence" to surround and enfold you and anchor in the core of the Earth. Also ask that your Higher Self act as a Sacred Witness, observing, guiding and directing all your activities of the day, thereby assisting you to live in integrity, honor and with the intent that all your actions be for the highest good of all. If possible, create a small, sacred place within your home where you can place those objects and loving symbols of Spirit that touch your heart, or come to you to inspire and support you. Here you will be drawn in your times of need, or in times of gratitude, or when you want to magnify the love, strength and support of the Spirit realms. Remember, we will join you there. Just call or radiate your loving intent, we will answer. As you gain spiritual strength, it will be possible to tap into and access a rarefied beam of Christ Light from the Source to anchor and build an ascension column within your sacred space, and as you become more proficient, you will radiate that energy throughout your home, neighborhood, and across the land. This is yet a different way to draw on the magnificence of Spirit, to bring it down to the Earth Plane, anchor it and bring forth its healing radiance to all those around you.

The power and magnificence of our Father/Mother God were shower-ed down in great force on all the Earth and its inhabitants during the Harmonic Convergence in August, 1987. This divine frequency has be-come more and more refined and more difficult for humanity-at-large to access and integrate as the years have passed. The carriers or receivers of this gift must be attuned or balanced and in harmony within to a certain level in order to accommodate and integrate this energy. This is why we say you must heal and harmonize the physical vessel, control and expand your mind, ease and soothe your emotions in order to make yourself a suitable receptacle for this blessing from the God Source. Allow the power, protection and initiative of the First Ray to inspire you. Incorporate the illumination, wisdom and perception of the Second Ray, as you radiate the love, tolerance and gratitude of the Third Ray. The Fourth Ray will help you develop your artistic abilities, while giving you the clarity of action, humility and a purity of purpose. The Fifth Ray will help you claim your truth, bring forth scientific knowledge, and enhance your healing abilities, while the Sixth Ray will strengthen your willingness to forgive, your desire for peace, to live in an atmosphere of devotion, faith and gratitude. Overlight your existence in the magnificent Violet Flame of the Seventh Ray. See it blaze up from beneath your feet and completely surround you in the Divine Flame of Transmutation which will allow you to change the quality of energy at will. Become a magnetic center so that you may radiate and project from you out into the world this wondrous energy from the Heart of God.
