Merry Christmas to all! I am pleased to announce that we have a very special edition of In Light Times this month. We have gathered together a group of individuals that were willing to share their insights for the year 2000 I am sure you will find the information as interesting as I have. It is not always easy to see into a time and space of futuristic events; especially when those events can be changed with a mere thought followed by action. So therefore, keep in mind as you read this issue we all have a part in the changes that the world is facing - whatever our perceptions are can and will alter the world we live in. In fact, I would encourage you to read Alan Cohen's article this month with regards to the New Millennium. He makes a great point about our perceptions. Thank you Alan. Making a choice, making a difference is as simple as standing in our truth without judgement. A world without judgement would truly be heaven on Earth and the peace and love that would permeate this planet would indeed be cause for jubilant celebration. Yes, we are coming to the end of a 1000 year period and we are entering an era where humanity's spirituality is heightened beyond any other time frame in history. It is so exciting to be alive and to have the opportunity to be a part of the changing of the guard the New Millennium. In my world I see it as a new beginning - one filled with unlimited potential. And, that is how I perceive the year 2000; however, we must not forget that the year 2000 is just another year. For some the New Millennium does not begin until 2001 or later. Again, we come back to perception - celebration or fear - whatever you wish to believe will be your reality. Do you know what your world looks like in the year 2000? I hope this issue gives you something to ponder as well as expand your nowledge. We do have an article I found informative called Christmas Time In The United States good article. Well, this is it, the last editorial for the year 1999. It's been a great time of learning, moving forward (and sometimes taking a few or many steps backward) and of course sharing with you my heart and desires. Thank you for being a part of my extended family. I am blessed to have so many I call friends. May the celebration of the holidays fill our hearts and minds with visions of great love, joy, peace and hope. Have a blessed life. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Michelene |
