Grandeur, majesty, brilliance, richness, abundance, honor, glory, radiance... these are the words that define you! Not only are you Magnificent, but the entire universe is standing on tiptoes in anticipation of your arrival Ñ in eager readiness for the full revealing of your magnificent identity.

The question is not, "Are you Magnificent?" The liberating question is: "What is your Magnificence?"

Each of us has a unique Life Message and spiritual identity that no one else can express. If, for any reason, you are saying to yourself, "I don't feel Magnificent" or "I'm not sure that I am Magnificent," now is the moment to be free from these imprisoning thoughts. Let your heart open to the Magnificence within you.

It is not egotistical to think of yourself as Magnificent. It is simply the pure acknowledgment that each of us is created with a unique Life Message and individuality. That is why you cannot shrink from your Magnificence. No one else can express you!

Think of all the people in the world who are suffering with low self-esteem or an absence of love. Each and every one of these individuals is Magnificent, but it takes enormous love to liberate our individual and collective Magnificence. We desperately need each other's love.

Each of us is being called forth to a higher level of spiritual thinking and living. We are all being called to Magnificence. There are no exceptions. On a scale between one and ten (ten being the highest), to what extent can you say: "I am open to and aware of the Magnificence within me." We should all be at a ten! Open your heart to your Magnificence Ñ not as a dream or hope, but as your spiritual right. Let love reveal your divine song of Magnificence.

Substance versus form

Here is a huge key. To liberate your Magnificence, it is crucial to see your life in terms of substance, not form. What, for example, are the forms that would describe your life? All jobs, occupations, positions, titles, and activities are simply forms ... ways that we have been expressed. They do not reveal our substance Ñ the meaning of our life, our unique Life Message, our individual Magnificence. We all must climb out of the clutter of form to get to our Magnificence.

Let's look at your life now and separate form from substance. The forms of your life only hint at the substance of your Magnificence. So let's dive into your Magnificent substance.

Here is a fun exercise that will reveal the true substance of your Magnificence. At our workshops on Liberating Your Magnificence, we ask participants to describe the substance of who they are in only two words.

Here are some of the Magnificent names that participants have given themselves: purity and joy, clarity and supporter, generosity and teacher, spiritual and healer, enthusiastic and teacher, honest and sensitive, ebullient and love, etc. How's that for revealing substance!

As they entered the flow of thinking of their substance in this new way, they began to introduce themselves to each other with their new Magnificent names - "Pure Joy," "Clear Supporter," " Generous Teacher," "Spiritual Healer," "Enthusiastic Teacher," "Honest Sensitivity," and "Ebullient Lover." These inspired names broke free of form and enabled these participants to align themselves with their true substance and Magnificence.

Now it's your turn. Think of the two words that best describe your true identity. Remember, you can change your Magnificent name anytime you wish. Your two words ... your Magnificent name ... are just the beginning of getting in touch with your spiritual substance, your true identity. You'll find every time you practice your Magnificent name ... even to yourself, the substance of your identity will become clearer to you. You can practice this same exercise with a close friend or group. Everyone will be surprised and awakened as their true Magnificence comes into clarity.

Your Life Message

Let's go even deeper into your Magnificence. Remember, you have a unique Life Message Ñ a message so Magnificent that the universe is demanding that you come forth. Your Life Message is the essence of who you are Ñ the highest gift within you to be contributed to the universe. In short, your life work.

Are you ready to summarize your Life Message in one sentence? You will be amazed at how much clarity this will give you. Imagine Love calling to you, inviting you to know your Magnificence, whispering these words: "It is your spiritual right to know your Magnificence so clearly that your whole life resonates with spiritual clarity." As you enter this sacred space of Love, let all egotism dissolve. Step out of any restricted thinking about yourself to the embrace of infinite Love that knows your true, infinite nature.

Let's suppose you, right now, are sitting with us in our home having a leisurely breakfast. Imagine too that we have come together, with great love and honoring for each other, with the goal of identifying each other's most unique Life Message.

We cant wait to ask you a few questions to help you define your Life Message, but our inner voice is telling us you might feel more comfortable and free ... and be even more prepared if we went first.

"Okay Scott and Shannon," you graciously ask, "what are the ten words that best describe what is most special about each of you?" With a bold decision to be totally honest, Shannon replies: "loving, healing, caring, nurturing, enthusiasm, inspiring, spiritual receptivity, creative, spiritual seeker, spiritual growth."

Scott replies: "compassion, empathy, universal love, unconditional love, spirituality, kindness, empowering, teacher of hearts, love of mentoring, peacemaker.

"Wow!" we think, "That feels good. Those really are the words that begin to describe our Magnificence. This is what the entire universe is gaining from us!"

"Okay, Scott and Shannon, how would you two summarize your Life Message ... what you most want to contribute to the universe?"

Shannon answers first: "I want to drastically lessen suffering, tears, emotional pain and arguing in the world. My desire is to awaken massive global love that pours forth where people are inspired and motivated to love more and are daily focused on love. I want to contribute to a world where all life's possibilities are seen to be accomplished by loving more Ñ where we all live in a consciousness of love that heals our bodies, relationships, communities, and life directions. That's my goal."

Scott answers: "Thank you for asking. This question forces me to think BIG Ñ to step out of false humility or ego into divine space. It's taken me years to look at myself in the mirror of Soul and see Magnificence, but here is what I see as I truly love myself: I feel within me an enormous desire to love all mankind. This is such a strong message within me that it has the force of divinity announcing its pure nature through my inner being. I am dedicated to helping people feel Love's unconditional embrace Ñ to feel upheld, uplifted, empowered, and liberated to be all they are gifted to be."

You ask another question: "Shannon and Scott, what do you hope will be the effect of your Life Message?"

"I see the effect of my life message as hearts awakened to the divine, as a global vision of spiritual power used for healing ourselves and others, as more love for each other ... everywhere, and a great joy and happiness and empowerment globally," replies Shannon.

Adds Scott: "I see the effect of my Life Message as raising the consciousness of world thought to the understanding that we can and must love and honor each other, and that this is not only achievable, but practical. That my life will contribute to empowering individuals and mankind to learn the tangible ways that Love can be expressed to each other."

"Okay Scott and Shannon, one last question: How would you summarize your Life Message in one sentence?"

Shannon goes first: "My highest desire is to express the allness and oneness of God through the power of divine Love and healing." Adds Scott: "I have to be honest here. Getting married to Shannon was an enormous turning point in clarity for me. We both felt our Life Messages unite in Spirit when we came together. We knew we wanted to help people learn more about Love, but Love itself forced us to move even higher than that. We took the mental leap into God's view of our Magnificence and arrived at this mission statement: Bringing all mankind into the heart of Love. That's truly our Life Message. Shannon is passionate about spiritual healing and I'm passionate about Love. But what's the real difference? Healing brings us to the heart of Love. And Love heals."

To cherish the tender shoots of your unique Magnificence is a divine act of loving yourself.

"What do you hope will be the effect of your Life Message?"

Don't hold back. Let your deepest passions loose. This is the effect; the grandeur and the scope of your Magnificent identity rippling out to the entire universe.

Okay, here's the last question. "How would you summarize your Life Message in one sentence?"

You are totally free to change your answer throughout eternity, so use this opportunity to love yourself and share your very best at this moment of your Magnificence.

Walking Your Lifepath Freely

It is your spiritual right to walk your lifepath freely!

Your lifepath is your highest life purpose. For example, what will be the most valuable legacy of your life? This humbling question puts our lives in true focus and forces us to think above our appointments and tasks to the highest purpose of our living. Each of us has unique and magnificent gifts of immense value to the universe. Each of us! What are yours?

Most of us assume that we cannot walk our lifepath freely. Not enough time, money, education, support, self-confidence. We think of lifepath fulfillment as a hope or dream. In truth, however, spiritual self-esteem calls us to identify and admit our talents and rise to the consciousness that claims our spiritual right to walk our lifepath freely. No one else can grant you this right. It is inherent within you. Higher consciousness is knocking on thought, saying "Wake up! Here is the door. Step forward on your true lifepath."

As you move through the door, you will encounter obstacles. But Love whispers: "The path ahead is mental, not physical. All that you need is within you. Here are seven principles that will protect and propel you forward in Light:"

1. Trust the Light rather than telling the Light where to lead. You are not wiser than what you know as God. We are all being guided. Let go of outlining how your goals need to manifest. Trust the Light. Let Love lead you to exquisite surprise.

2. Do not compare yourself to others. Comparison demoralizes and drags us mentally away from our unique spiritual identity which no one else can fulfill. Love yourself as incomparable!

3. Surround yourself with people who honor you. When we share our most sacred purpose with anyone who demeans, belittles, or ignores us, our lifepath fades into fog and surrender. Surround yourself with people who cherish you spiritually and want to know and support your life purpose.

4. Give yourself sacred time to cherish your highest Lifepath. Each individual minute of sacred reverence for your lifepath opens your heart to more Love.

5. Take one Lifepath step, however small. One tiny step each day lets you relish your unfolding legacy of Magnificence!

6. Expect the principle of Super Abundance to support your life mission. The same Higher Power awakening you to your true lifepath is simultaneously awakening you to your inherent state of Super Abundance. All that you need for success is within you.

7. Walk, don't run. The path is also the destination. There is no need to rush or panic. Walking your Lifepath freely calls you to enjoy the journey. The path is also your legacy. Let the Love of this awareness flow through you as peace.

When we unite in shining the light on each other's unique identity we enable each other to rise to the truth of our Magnificence.
