Valentine’s Day — a time when we do a little "something special" for the one(s) in our lives and for those who touch our hearts. It is when we take that one day, February 14th and say, "Thank you…I love you". On some level, I believe, we as a whole have set aside certain days to celebrate life and our soul connection to our loved ones. But have you ever thought about the ramifications that such displays could invoke? Look at what is happening in our world today. People from around the globe are gathering together in prayer and meditation to implement world peace. Miracles are happening daily as these large and small groups unite for a common cause. It has been proven that thoughts, en masse holds a certain energy or vortex that creates change and I do believe we are seeing these changes on not only small scales but worldwide as well. It is but one more indicator of how simple thoughts affect our surroundings — both immediate and globally. For me this point was re-enforced when I attended the Symmetry 21-day "Cocoon" program. While there for ten days my life shifted — especially with regards to how thoughts truly create. In one simple demonstration energy was interrupted or changed with a mere, unspoken thought. I must say that my mind ceased listening to the rest of the class for about ten minutes because it got "stuck" on the immensity of what I had just witnessed. It also engrained in me how vital our thoughts are to healing not only the body but our world as a whole. It made me take a hard look at how I think and the responsibility that comes with the spoken or unspoken word. What an eye-opener…Thank you Rich and Ann Marie Work for opening your hearts and sharing your wisdom and knowledge. Now, back to Valentine’s and all those "special occasions" where we, as a society celebrate love, life and freedom. If we are to make a difference, and it has been proven miracles happen when "two or more are gathered," then think what happens when we come together as individual expressions of love. Our thoughts, our sentiments, our actions all create a global magnetic field towards a common goal…one of love. This one emotion, one word, is more powerful than all the other words combined. For when we join with other like-minded souls we become an energized army of great magnitude. Yes, Valentine’s Day is special and as we celebrate this day, let our intent take the energetics of what we create and see it ripple throughout the world and universe. Our thoughts, sets in motion an energy vortex on all levels. They combine with every living being upon the planet and that, my friends are what our world reflects back to us. The question is, can our world mirror what is in our hearts? And if so, what does your heart say to you and the community we call family. Humanity indeed has great hope for a better today — all because of the thoughts we hold in our mind and hearts. May the intent of this Valentine’s Day merge with the love of all those souls seeking love, peace and joy. Happy February 14th. My love to each of you.
