Editorial Greetings. Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads who grace our lives. It is a time of honor and celebration, a time to share — so ‘fathers’ let this be your special month and allow those you love to reflect that love back to you.

Often as we go about our busy lives, we sometimes forget to take time to say, "thank you, I love and appreciate you." Let us take this month, especially, to remember how vital you are to us and our world.

Stand strong and yet be willing to be vulnerable for in the vulnerability one finds compassion. And with compassion you have understanding. You are the fortress, the protector — use that strength wisely for many may be depending upon you. Recall all the positive lessons and experiences — relish them. Embrace all other situations as mere stepping- stones for the betterment of yourself and humanity.

You came into this world for a purpose — and you are not alone. When you look in the mirror what do you see? What do your eyes tell you? How is today going to be different from any other day? You do have the answers and they can be as simple or complex as you choose to make them.

You are a formidable being. There is no need to boast for there is a knowing and persona that speaks loudly in and of itself. Through your examples, your wisdom and compassion, the world hears and responds. Look up, take notice, for you have arrived.

May you bask in the warmth and love of those you surround yourself with and from the rest of the world — "Happy Father’s Day" … you are special!
